A long time ago, I had posted this because my very brief review of it noticed some important and credible TI related information. Today I happened to find it again and I spent more time on its information.
Researching further the subject matters that were brought forth revealed their accuracy. The information on this entire website appears to be more important that previously thought.
The person who provided this information must have had first hand access to this type of information. He/she must have worked in a place where this type of information was part of his / her work. This person must have been turned into a TI as a result of work related situations.
As you can probably sense, he/she exhibits a sincere effort to expose as well as to inform and protect others similarly situated. There is a page with material that he/she wants published so that others can learn from, thus, become aware of these types of government sponsored harassment.
There is a certain extra effort to inform, expose and protect in that this TI made it possible for the viewers to download the entire website in .zip format, which I did after I noticed how valuable and important the posted information was.He /she also created three mirrors for easy access to the posted information. He /she really wanted the viewers to have this information for keeps and for no other reason, as per the option to download the entire site.. This indicates that he / she must have sensed that this site was under attack by the government and that its content would not last very long on the web.
As you also must sense, after surfing through this site as well as other sites that are linked with this one, there is evidence of neglect and of tampering with some of its content such as broken links of sketches and pictures or broken links to 2 mirrors of the site or broken links of certain articles adverse to the government interests ... hence, material that may have been published for the first time.
I am sensing that this person must have been, or still is, very much targeted and that, he/she is trying to conceal their identity while exposing, informing and protecting as noted above. His / Her links to Twitter and Facebook are also broken / inactive.

The use of barbaric covert physical torture, and electromagnetic frequency manipulation and influence, using patented technology from a distance to brainwash victims into the goal of these operations is also key. True also is the fact that these efforts are attempting to silence anyone exposing covert, heinous, inhumane suffering and the ruthless machinations that are quietly shattering and destroying human lives, yet again reveal a human test subject agenda with no plans of coming into the open. If a victim is broken down, the cover-up by the controlled media, is set into motion. This redirects the public’s attention away from awareness of a program so monstrous most cannot believe it exists much less is a patented capability.
