Let us hope and pray that any horrific, non consensual, covert testing program, ruthlessly using the high tech, patented, "Voice of God" does not tell someone to hurt self, or others to include their children.

If so, it would appear that anyone is expendable in the name of science or global ideals, backed by the strategic mental illness tag.
